Company History:
The Paradigm Consortium was founded in 2001 and has grown to a major resource in providing high quality and professional consultation services to long-term care facilities, clinics and the legal community.
Gail Koeppe-Hall is the Owner and Senior Consultant for the Paradigm Consortium, LLC. She has over 30 years of nursing experience in nursing homes, acute care, community nursing, home health care, clinic nursing, standardized testing programs and college level instruction. She offers the unique perspective of a Nursing Home Administrator, a Director of Nursing, an educator along with the added insight from a Master’s in Business Administration.
